Apartment 07, measuring 58 m², is located on the 1st floor, and its most special feature is the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from above through floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From the balcony, you also have an unobstructed, direct view of the Baltic Sea. The shower room and the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) ensure that four people can feel completely at home. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space (marked “Schünemann 7”), and a storage room for bicycles are available. A washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement can be used for a fee. Pets are allowed upon request. Shopping and dining options are located at the lower end of Badstraße. The walk to the center of Heringsdorf is approximately 600 meters.
Please note that the applicable visitor’s tax is not included in the total price but must be paid in cash upon arrival.
As a holder of a visitor’s card, you can, among other things, use the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) free of charge.

The newly built Haus am Kliff, constructed in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, is located directly on the steep cliffs overlooking the Baltic Sea, alongside the historic Villa Schering.
