It is not far from the typical Timmendorfer Strand lifestyle. The houses are separated by well-maintained green spaces. Each townhouse accommodates a maximum of 3 households. The terraces and balconies all face the sunny side—that is, a south-west orientation. You can park conveniently in the designated parking spaces accessible via Gorch-Fock-Straße. Feel free to leave your car here, as it’s only about 200 meters to the spacious promenade and the fine sandy beach. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, Timmendorfer Platz (approx. 900 m), and Niendorfer Harbor (1.8 km) are also within easy reach by bike or on foot.
