The first floor features the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the spacious kitchen-dining area. From here, an open spiral staircase leads down to the basement and the large living area with a cozy corner sofa and TV. All apartments feature a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; a dining area; a living room with a flat-screen TV; and two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 with two single beds). The sofas are each convertible and provide two additional sleeping spots. Cribs and high chairs are available for the little ones. The bathrooms, which receive natural light, are equipped with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet. In the garden, seating areas invite you to relax, and a playground offers fun and games for the little ones. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartments. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request for a one-time fee of 20.00 EUR. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per adult per night is charged separately on-site. Final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer are included.
