This is a fully furnished two-bedroom unit within a triplex on a quiet Culver City street. It has its own private entrance and feels entirely self-contained from the moment you arrive.
Inside, the kitchen opens to the living and dining areas in an easy, connected layout. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with a clean black and white theme and a small dining table that works equally well for meals or a second workspace. The living room has comfortable seating and a smart TV.
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and are well separated from each other. The primary bedroom has blackout curtains and a desk near the window, well suited for remote work. The second bedroom is at the back of the home with its own desk as well. A hallway bathroom with pink tile and a tub and shower combination serves both bedrooms, and a washer and dryer are in a closet nearby.
There are two outdoor areas. At the front of the home, a small outdoor space sits just off the entrance, a quiet spot to enjoy the morning or wind down at the end of the day. The back patio is the larger of the two and connects directly to the second bedroom through a sliding door. It is fully enclosed by a green wood fence, with a mature orange tree anchoring the space. The outdoor setup includes lounge seating with a sofa, coffee table, side tables, and an umbrella, along with a bistro table and chairs. A weekly gardener maintains both areas.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including both outdoor areas. The unit has its own private entrance and is self-contained within the triplex. There will be no one else in your unit during your stay. The weekly gardener maintains the outdoor areas and may occasionally access the property.

This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Culver City, close to everything that makes the neighborhood worth living in without the noise of the main corridors. Culver City has developed one of the stronger restaurant and coffee cultures on the Westside, with Destroyer, Cognoscenti Coffee, Lodge Bread, and the Culver City Farmers Market all within a short drive or bike ride. The Platform and the Arts District bring independent retail, dining, and green space to the area. Sony Pictures Studios is nearby, and the broader media industry presence keeps the furnished rental market active year-round. Downtown Culver City, with its wine bars, farm-to-table restaurants, and weekend foot traffic, is minutes away. Easy access to the 10 freeway makes commuting to both the Westside and downtown straightforward.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
That said, Culver City is one of the more accessible neighborhoods on the Westside. The Expo Line (E Line) Metro station is within a short distance, providing a car-free connection to downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
