Things To Note:
➔ Wildlife: this is a rural area and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter mosquitos, ants, mice, deer, etc.

➔ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address.

➔ No Pets Allowed.

➔ Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the house of within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees.

➔ Noise: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed during quiet hours.
