Cheerful, bright 2-room apartment in the quiet district of Nymphenburg

1.) If people are not able to read the DESCRIPTION of the flat where I wrote that WIFI is existing, but does not work relaibly - sometimes it does, sometimes not good and sometimes not at all - sorry, that's not my problem! Anyway it was (that's right) listed under amoenities (or how it is called in English translation of my page) , therefore there is a long description of the flat at the beginning of my place. 2. Concerning the toilet/bathroom: The "air refresher" is not a refresher but a cleaning substance! And no other guest ever claimed it smelling like a 'port-o- potty' . If people are not able to use the pressure flush toilette in the right way -sorry - this is also not a bad state of affairs but a lack of understanding how it works ( pressing short for smaller ..., pressing longer and completely down for other "items"). Then every smell will vanish at once! And in the description is written that the bathroom is very small... 3. Of course there is no air condition (this is Germany not USA!!!) it is not listet, so not to critisize as well! Also the lack of "bug screens" - correctly written that this is the norm here in Germany- nothing to critisize! Sorry that you obviously expected a different place - other guests often write that the description is totally correct. So next time you probably should book a totally new built flat where more US- like standards are existing.

Das Haus mag in die Jahre gekommen sein, deshalb gibt es auch keine FI-Sicherung, da Bestandsschutz gilt und deshalb nicht vorgeschrieben. Aber mangelnde Belüftung - was soll das sein? In jedem Zimmer sind große Fenster, auch im Bad ist ein Fenster. Die kann man öffnen und lüften... W-Lan gibt es, nur funktioniert es je nach Wetterlage mal gut, mal schlecht, mal garnicht. Und ich will meine Gäste nicht mit permanenter "Strahlung" beim Schlafen "verseuchen", zumal ja wohl jeder bei Bedarf seinen eigenen Provider nutzen kann.
