The high-quality renovated, approximately 48 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat312, with a balcony and a stunning ocean view, accommodates up to three people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The Location
This comfortable vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the seaside of the complex and sits directly on the fine-sand beach of Kühlungsborn. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, the beach, and the pier—perfect conditions for a relaxing vacation right by the sea.

Amenities
The bright apartment impresses with its high-quality and modern amenities. It features two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and one with a single box-spring bed. Both bedrooms are located on the quiet courtyard side; the master bedroom is also equipped with a 43-inch flat-screen TV.
The cozy living area with a flat-screen TV offers direct access to the balcony with a direct ocean view.
The open, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A separate storage room provides additional storage space.

Special Features
This non-smoking vacation apartment is designed to be allergy-friendly and is pet-free. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment complex.
Upon request, an underground parking space in a double-parking system can be booked with the apartment for an additional fee (max. weight 2,000 kg, max. clearance height 1.70 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m). The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” complex also offers an elevator, a coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable bicycle storage room.

As a precautionary measure, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
