The 2 Bedroom suite provides a spacious setup ideal for families or groups wanting extra room during their beach vacation. Layouts may vary, but accommodations typically include two private bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a large living area with additional sleeping space, kitchen, dining area, and a balcony or patio depending on unit location. The larger layout creates a comfortable home base for longer stays and coastal getaways.

The resort itself is centered around outdoor relaxation and beach living. Guests can enjoy pools, hot tubs, lounge areas, and easy access to the beach just steps from the property. The atmosphere naturally encourages beach days, poolside afternoons, and relaxing evenings along the coast.

Pompano Beach offers easy access to boating, fishing, waterfront dining, shopping, golf, and nearby South Florida attractions. Guests can also explore Fort Lauderdale, marinas, scenic coastal areas, and the lively Atlantic shoreline throughout the region.

- Mandatory security deposit fee is $250 for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. A pre-authorization security deposit on your credit card is required at check-in.

- Key West Building: Renovations are scheduled from July 31 to October 26, 2026. All units in the Key West building, as well as the Key West pool, will be closed and unavailable for use. Dates are subject to change.

Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

- BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes.
