This modern and spacious vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the villa complex and faces north, south, and west. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational facilities such as the seawater recreational pool, the tennis center, and the surf school are all within easy walking distance.

This bright, barrier-free apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living area features a single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee.
