This 3-bedroom farmhouse is perfectly situated in the center of the U.S. with easy access to the Kansas City International Airport. Whether you are visiting for the World Cup or for work or to see the area our farmhouse gives you a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the metro while still having easy access to what the greater KC area has to offer. Easy access to three interstate highways giving direct paths Arrowhead stadium, Downtown Kansas City, Saint Joseph MO and Lawrence KS and all points in between. Featuring 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, it comfortably welcomes guests looking for a peaceful retreat. We are in the country, about 7 miles from the airport, 5 miles to grocery stores and world class Bar-B-Cue. We are expecting to welcome an international crowd from the World Cup but we have amenities many properties do not have that we can negotiate; namely room for work trucks or trailers, room for dogs or even a camper or RV. We are centrally located for a mini-construction boom around the airport and Smithville Missouri.
