This stylish, modern apartment is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood in this beautiful town, yet you can quickly reach the beach on foot. This vacation home, with an area of approximately 100 square meters, is ideal for 6 people and features an open-concept layout combining an entryway, kitchen, living area, and three bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, sink, and all the amenities needed for cooking and serving. The large, cozy dining area offers space for shared meals, game nights, or planning the next day of your vacation.

The two bathrooms, each with a window, feature a low-entry shower, a sink with a mirror, and a heated towel rack; there is ample space here for 6 people as well.
Underfloor heating in the larger bathroom ensures your feet stay nice and warm.

The comfortable couch leaves nothing to be desired, and here you can unwind with an exciting evening of TV and a cozy fire. A flat-screen TV, radio and CD player, books, and games are available for your entertainment.

You’ll find a comfortable night’s sleep in every bedroom, as they’re all equipped with high-quality beds. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (180×200 cm), while another sleeping area has two comfortable single beds that can also be converted into a double bed.

The stunning terrace deserves special mention; thanks to its sunny location, it’s perfect for sunbathing all day long. Here you’ll find patio furniture, a large awning, and lounge chairs, and the built-in grill rounds out the amenities for a relaxing summer evening. The entire house offers ample privacy thanks to the blinds and roller shutters.

The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A parking space is available right next to the property.

Enjoy the quiet location and leisurely walks to the promenade, the sandy beach, or even into town. The entrance to the Großenbrode Nature Trail is also nearby.

Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the Südstrand (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers of coastline, through the countryside, or on the unspoiled Weststrand near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.
