The Space:

Beautifully renovated while preserving its original character, this inviting apartment blends historic charm with modern comfort. Exposed brick, original hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and skylights create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the space.



The open living area is designed for relaxing after a day of exploring, with a 47-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player, two plush armchairs, and a comfortable sofa that also converts into additional sleeping space. A convenient half bath is located just off the living room.



The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious breakfast bar with seating for three. Enjoy a casual morning coffee at the bar counter or gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats four.



At the end of the day, retreat to the bedroom overlooking the street and nestle into a comfortable king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the ensuite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays.



Things to Know

-Access to this unit is street facing and ground level. You will be provided a code for this door that is different than the code for your rental unit door. Upon entering the building, guests will find a set of 24 stairs leading up to the rental.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-Parking is not reserved and can be metered parking on the street available on a first-come, first-serve basis or paid daily in a nearby parking garage.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants, shops and breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely AMAZING!!! Beautifully decorated and love the skylights- lots of natural lighting. The amenities were awesome! The patio sliding doors were awesome. Love the brick walls and the bathroom vanity! Very cozy place and right in the heart of downtown. Would definitely love to rent here again!!!

We had a wonderful time at this loft! It was in a perfect location. There were enough toiletries for the entire trip- which usually doesn’t happen. The bed was super soft, the bathroom was tucked away and private, and the tv in the living room had plenty of channels to choose from! Will definitely be back!

Great location for convenience to walking around downtown Asheville. The condo is so comfortable and well appointed. We love staying here. A little noise from music at street level but not too bad.

Beautiful centrally located space

My sister and I stayed here for a 4 night trip to visit the city and it was prime location to all things we wanted to do! Walking distance to evening , and within a 1 hour drive to Blue Ridge Parkway to explore the mountains! I will definitely stay here again next time!

Great location! Cute apartment!

Loved the location to downtown shops and cafes! Also conveniently located within easy walking distance to the south brewing district. It does have a lot of morning street noise and a bedroom skylight that is very bright, not the greatest for late sleepers.

In the middle of everything

This place is a perfect location to walk the town of West Asheville. It’s also a short drive to the River Arts District. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back again. Thank you for the memories.

Perfect location downtown

Beautiful, open, spacious loft apartment. Stylish and modern. Lovely skylights and sliding windows to the street. An easy walk to all the downtown locations. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Very clean and well-equipped.

Fantastic place in the heart of downtown

The loft was exactly as pictured in the listing! Very modern, clean and cozy. The location to downtown is amazing, with shops & all kinds of food options very close by. Parking was manageable and the parking garage is only a block away from the loft. I would absolutely come back to this loft, recommend friends to stay and explore other available lofts through this property management company!

Great spot in the center of Downtown Asheville

This spot was perfect for all of the restaurants, bars and shops we wanted to hit. We were able to walk just about everywhere! It was easy to get in and out of the building and the area felt safe. Parking also was easy considering there was no designated lot/spots. Getting to and from the nearby parking garage was fairly simple and quick. My car was also safe there overnight.

Getaway for two downtown

We booked this place for a 3 night stay and loved it. Cool layout for 2 people with lots of space. Convenient location across from a gorgeous church. Street noise comes and goes but wasn’t annoying and the sound machines in the bedroom helped. Great amenities and spacious condo! It is also nice having the half bath. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location and atmosphere

This is a very cool loft in downtown Asheville. Centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and the civic center. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Great natural light from the skylights. Overall one of the best vacation rentals in a city we have stayed in. Do make note of the parking situation, if there are no spaces available out front, you have to double park and unload quickly, then park in the parking deck about a block away. Or carry your items from the parking deck on Sears Alley. It's not far, but a logistical consideration.
