The new kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and cutlery.

The apartment is available year-round.

The house is located in a quiet yet central residential area.

The distance to the beach and the popular promenade is only
about 800 meters.
You’re also just a short walk away from a wide variety of shopping options.
The bakery for fresh breakfast rolls is only a few minutes away.
The same goes for Kirchenstraße (pedestrian zone) with its interesting and diverse shops.

A free parking space is available on the property for your car.

You can securely lock your bicycles in a garage.

A coin-operated washing machine is available in the basement.

In the same building, I also offer a two-bedroom vacation apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
