Vacation in Hesse—Northern Wetterau / Near Vogelsberg Spacious attic apartment in a detached two-family home for your personal getaway or vacation Our 75 m² attic apartment—a bit different—/ vacation apartment is located in the very quiet neighborhood of Nidda Ober-Lais in the northern Wetterau region of Hesse, nestled in a beautiful natural landscape that invites you to relax in nature and unwind from everyday life. A sunny outdoor seating area in the garden is available for use. The parking space is located right next to the house. The apartment is accessible via two flights of stairs in the stairwell. As soon as you enter, the bright and peaceful apartment creates a feeling of having arrived. The two large gabled windows offer a beautiful view of the surrounding fields and meadows. Right past the entrance, you’ll find a coat rack with an information board. The apartment itself features two beautiful separate rooms: a large living/dining area with access to the open kitchen and the bathroom with a shower and toilet. From here, you can also access a bedroom located directly under the sloped ceiling, furnished with a simple double futon bed. A large gable-end window floods the space with light. There is also access to a modern living room with hardwood floors, a large sofa arrangement that converts into a bed, a cozy reading nook, and a workspace. Internet TV, Wi-Fi, and another large gable-end window round out the pleasant atmosphere of the room. Two dressers provide storage space for clothes and other items. The open kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, and a pad and filter coffee maker. The overall atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind. Services and Terms & Conditions: The rental price includes final cleaning, energy costs, water consumption, parking, and Wi-Fi. Invoicing / Payment: Guests will receive the invoice directly from the landlord via email upon receipt of the booking; payment is due after the invoice is issued via bank transfer to the landlord’s account; the key code will be sent in a timely manner after payment is received. Notes: The maximum occupancy of 3 people must not be exceeded. Rental Period: The rental period is generally at least 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday. A shorter rental period is possible upon request. Check-in and check-out are generally possible on any day; however, stays of 7 days with the following check-in and check-out times are preferred: Check-in Day: Saturday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM Departure day: Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Otherwise upon request Key pickup: The keys are provided in a key safe and must be returned there; the PIN for the safe will be provided in advance Pets: 1 pet is welcome upon request Meals are not provided Please bring: Bedding (see also “Additional Requests”), towels, dish towels Additional requests Pet (upon request): 6 EUR (Euros) per day. Bed linens, towels: 20 EUR (Euros) per person per change. Final cleaning, energy costs/water consumption, Wi-Fi, and parking in front of the house are all included in the price.
