Apartment 'Podere Nuti – 3 Vallino' with Private Gazebo, Shared Pool & Garden

Podere Nuti is a farmhouse with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on-site and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not available inside the apartments.



"Podere Nuti – 3 Vallino" is on the first floor, measures 50 m², and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave; there is no oven.



This apartment has exclusive use of a gazebo with a table and 4 chairs, reserved for your group. In the shared area, you will find a large garden with a big table, barbecue, children’s play area, and a sunbathing space next to the pool.



Located in Cecina, about 10 minutes by car from the sea: Cecina Mare with beach clubs and restaurants, and the long free beach of Mare Donoratico. The Acqua Village water park is 15 minutes away, shops are 10 minutes away. Florence and Siena are about 90 minutes, Volterra 50, and Pisa International Airport 60. The property offers private parking for 1 car. E-bike charging is available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome for an extra fee and have plenty of space to move around.



As a vacation home, cleaning is done at the end of your stay; linen and towel changes are available during your stay on request, for an extra fee. Security cameras are present in the shared outdoor areas.
