Luxurious villa, pool, air conditioning, fantastic garden directly in Miami Platja

This spacious, luxurious vacation home is situated on a property of approximately 800 square meters, enclosed by high walls, featuring a beautifully landscaped garden with a large artificial turf lawn, palm trees, bougainvilleas, oleanders, an orange tree, roses, and many other plants. A large pool (10 m x 4.5 m) with a pool terrace is available for swimming and splashing around. A large brick charcoal grill with a stone seating area is perfect for wonderful barbecue evenings. A large covered and glass-enclosed terrace is ideal for cooler evenings. In front of the pool, there is another seating area where you can enjoy a drink in the evening by the illuminated pool. There is parking for 3 cars on the property. The house is very well equipped: 4 air conditioners, 4 satellite TV sets, fans, a dishwasher, a coffee pod machine, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a safe, etc. The location is perfect—the beach, supermarket, and restaurants are all just a 5- to 10-minute walk away, yet the area is still very quiet. Miami features beautiful coves and a large main beach. Charming local spots, some right on the beach, invite you to linger. The town center also has plenty to offer, and a stroll through the streets is entertaining. The popular theme park Port Aventura, with its Ferrari Land and fantastic Caribe Aquatic Park, is only about a 15-minute drive from Miami. For children, there are several great playgrounds in Miami. There’s even a dedicated playground for dogs. There’s also a dog beach for your furry friend!! Bed linens and towels can be rented directly from the manager for a fee, or you’re welcome to bring your own. The tourist tax must also be paid directly to the manager. We’ve set Friday as the arrival day so our guests can avoid the miles-long traffic jams on Saturday.
