The 4-star North Sea vacation home “Chalet Belair Schmidt” has a total living area of 85 m² and features free Wi-Fi; all windows are equipped with shutters and fly screens; 2 bedrooms with double beds at standard height, each with a flat-screen TV, and 1 bedroom with a 120-cm-wide single bed, also with a flat-screen TV; (all mattresses have a firmness rating of 3); pets are not allowed in the beds!! The bedrooms are all located on the upper floor; 2 bathrooms with windows and walk-in showers; washing machine; living room with a wood-burning stove, leather sofa set, large flat-screen TV, and DVD player; a spacious dining area, as well as a very well-equipped, separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, and so much more...

The fenced-in garden (the fence is 80 cm high) with a south-facing terrace (not enclosed by the fence) and garden furniture, a grill, and a handcart, as well as 2 parking spaces right next to the vacation home, round out your stay. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in the garden shed.

The Grünbadestrand beach, which borders directly on the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” offers pure swimming fun in the summer. For four-legged friends, there’s a separate “dog beach” where they can run around. When the tide is out, you have direct access to the “Watt’n Bad” wave pool. The beach is perfect for walks all year round.

A small indoor wellness pool invites you to swim and relax in 28°C water when the weather is bad. Right next to the outdoor wave pool are the spa administration office and the National Park Center, where nature enthusiasts can learn about the Wadden Sea National Park. Guided mudflat hikes are also offered.

For children of all ages, there’s the large children’s playhouse at the harbor. The wonderful staff always provide a varied program with plenty of hands-on activities, such as crafts, treasure hunts, and pirate parties. The children’s playhouse is open daily (November through February only on weekends—all day during the Christmas break).

As you can see, there’s no time for boredom.

You can reach Dorum-Neufeld via the A1 highway from Münster to the Bremer Kreuz interchange. Here, switch to the A27 toward Cuxhaven/Bremerhaven. Take the Neuenwalde exit and turn right toward Dorum. In Dorum itself, continue toward the National Park Visitor Center and the beach until you reach the Neufeld district. Follow the road into town until just before the dike, then turn left into the Lührentrift vacation area. Our vacation homes are located next to each other on Kormoranweg.
