🔑 Self check-in: Your unique smart lock code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. No need to coordinate with anyone, just arrive and walk in.



📹 A camera is located on the exterior door frame for security. There are no cameras inside the unit.



🔊 A noise monitor is present in the living area. It does not record audio it only detects decibel levels to ensure peaceful stays for all residents.



🚫 Please do not unplug or tamper with smart devices, locks, or building systems. A fee applies if these are disabled or damaged.



⏰ Amenity Hours:

All amenities are open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight).



Please be respectful of other residents and follow all posted building rules while using the amenities.



🐶 Pet Policy



Registered pets are welcome with a $25/night pet fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets).

Pets must be approved and registered before check-in. Unregistered pets may result in additional fees.



Stays longer than 7 nights require a $350 refundable pet deposit.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive shedding, odors, or additional cleaning.



Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off beds/furniture. Please bring your own pet supplies and do not use home linens or towels for pets.

Please clean up after pets and ensure they do not disturb neighbors.

🧺 In-unit washer and dryer are available for your use throughout your stay.

🚗 Parking



Enjoy the convenience of one complimentary reserved garage parking space included with your stay. The garage entrance is located next to the Hilton Garden Inn, providing easy access to the property during your visit.



Please use the designated reserved space assigned for your stay.



Building Amenity Hours & Guest Policy (32nd Floor)



Guests may access the gym and pool from 6:30 AM–11:30 PM only. The clubroom is not accessible to guests at any time unless accompanied by a current resident (not applicable to short-term guests). All amenity areas are monitored by cameras and key fob tracking. Guests found using the pool after hours, smoking in prohibited areas, or violating building rules may be removed from the property immediately, with no refund for the remaining stay. Please respect these hours and rules violations affect the host's ability to offer this unit.
