After two years of carefully restoring and renovating this beautiful home from the inside out, we’re excited to finally welcome our guests to Mayfair Modern Charm. Every room has been thoughtfully updated to create a comfortable, stylish space for families and groups to gather, relax, and make memories together. While a few finishing touches remain, we’re proud to open our doors and begin this next chapter.

FYI: The owner resides in a completely separate unit on the second floor. The rear side entrance is a shared/common entrance that the owner uses only to access his private upstairs unit.

The guest accommodations are completely separate and private. During your stay, the backyard will be reserved exclusively for guests, and the owner will not be using the backyard at all.

We just want to be fully transparent about the property setup so you know exactly what to expect and can enjoy your stay comfortably.
