The 75 square meter, loft-like outbuilding, the 'Presshaus', is made entirely of wood and offers a wonderful panoramic view through the high window fronts on two sides. The large gable window provides a view of the southern Styrian starry sky at night. The centerpiece is a wine press that is around one hundred years old, with a particularly attractive double bed integrated into the press floor. Several golf courses such as Traminergolf Klöch (approx. 20km) or Thermengolf Loipersdorf (approx. 60km) are in the area and provide additional exercise and the wide range of thermal baths
