As an owner. We have a passion for architecture and design, I have always appreciated spaces that tell a story. For us, hosting is the perfect way to share that passion. There is something incredibly rewarding about restoring or maintaining a beautiful property and opening its doors to families and travelers looking to make lifelong memories.

When we are not managing properties, I’m usually spending time with my family, working on home improvement projects, or planning our next travel adventure.

We fell in love with the timeless charm, rich history, and vibrant culture of Granada, and creating Tesoro Dorado has been a true labor of love. From the open-air central pool to the rooftop views of the Cathedral and volcano, every detail of this colonial home was designed to be a relaxing sanctuary.

Our goal as a host is simple: to provide a seamless, stress-free stay where you and your family can completely unwind and experience the very best of Granada.

What we love most about this specific neighborhood is its incredible walkability and the effortless rhythm of life here. You truly don't need a car.

We love that within an easy five-minute walk, you can transition from the quiet, residential peace of our street to the lively, pedestrian-only energy of Calle la Calzada. It is the ultimate spot for people-watching, outdoor dining, and live music.

But our absolute favorite daily ritual is just heading up to our top-floor terrace at sunset. Watching the fading light change colors over the peaks of the Mombacho Volcano while the church bells ring out across the city is a grounding experience that never gets old. It gives you an immersive, authentic taste of Nicaraguan culture and hospitality right from your doorstep.
