Fishing village, Kleine Birke

Dear Guests,
We look forward to welcoming you soon to our “Kleine Birke” vacation home, which was just completed in June 2022—so it’s brand-new! We personally furnished this thatched, sun-drenched house with great care and a personal touch. Designed in a Scandinavian style—bright, warm, and inviting—the decor also incorporates personal elements, such as my husband’s hobby of painting and my wife’s and daughter’s love of nature and spirituality. A cozy wood-burning stove and a sauna let you relax comfortably in the evening after long walks on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked (from spices to appliances) so you can whip up a meal for yourselves in the evening if you’d like. There’s a grill in the shed for long evenings.
The patio, with its beach chair and cozy seating, invites you to dine outdoors or simply unwind far away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
The 62 m² vacation home accommodates 5 people. The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, with a dining space for 5 people and a cozy couch, opens directly onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need, from a dishwasher and coffee maker to a refrigerator. A child seat is available.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Another bedroom is furnished with two single beds. In addition, the upper level of the house features a great loft area connected to the second bedroom by a staircase—ideal as a sleeping, relaxing, and retreat space for teenagers. All windows in the sleeping area are fitted with mosquito screens and roller shades for optional blackout. The first bathroom features a toilet, a shower, and a sink with a mirror. The house has a sauna. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available to guests free of charge. A bicycle is available free of charge in the shed. You’ll also find various children’s toys there.

The house is located in a tasteful complex of detached thatched-roof houses, nestled among meadows and mature trees, exuding a nostalgic Nordic charm. The nearby pine forest and the Stettin Lagoon—just 200 meters away—invite you to take daily walks, which are also ideal for dog owners.
The three imperial spas (Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck), as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Świnoujście, Poland, with their fine sandy beaches and wide boardwalks, are easily accessible by car or bicycle. (Ahlbeck approx. 6 km, Świnoujście also 6 km).
