The "Weitblick" vacation apartment

, located on the 12th floor of the Atlantic building, is situated in a quiet side wing with a direct view of the sea.

Access to the bed is possible only from one side or from the foot of the bed. Another room is furnished with a single bed and a dresser. Both rooms have blackout blinds and insect screens, so nothing stands in the way of a good night’s sleep, even in summer. Comfortable Stressless seating ensures relaxation after long walks or bike rides. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner Ceran cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The renovated bathroom with a shower features a mirror cabinet with plenty of storage space, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.

The Atlantic apartment complex is located directly next to the expansive, inviting pine forest and dune belt of the Bad district.
Just a short walk away is the lively shopping and entertainment district of the Bad neighborhood. There you’ll find a wide selection of shops, service providers, restaurants, and cafés.
All spa facilities—including the Dünentherme, the Kurmittelhaus, the beach promenade, the Bad pier leading to the North Sea beach, the world-famous stilt houses, as well as the spa park and dunes, spa doctors, and various recreational facilities—are located in the immediate vicinity.

The residential complex consists of a main building (14 stories) and an annex and is equipped with an elevator.
There is an on-site tennis court, two table tennis rooms, and a playground. Each vacation apartment has its own parking space on the property, and there are shared storage rooms for bicycles. On every second floor, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.
From the upper floors, you can enjoy an incredible view of the town and the surrounding area.
