This offers a variety of possibilities—including plenty of parking, a rarity in Ligurian villages. In the natural garden with its olive and fruit trees, you’ll find plenty of spots to relax and enjoy yourself—the barbecue area with its large rustic table under the mulberry tree is also perfect for this. Newly designed wrought-iron windows, doors, and staircases blend harmoniously with the traditional ambiance. From the Limone rooftop terrace/winter garden, you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea (6 km as the crow flies). The region is perfect for nature lovers!

All rooms are located on the first floor and total 85 square meters, including the 16-square-meter rooftop terrace/winter garden.

LIMONE DETAILS:

Year built: ca. 1870; complete renovation in 2013; renovation and new rooftop terrace in 2010.

A romantic and cozy country house in an olive grove with a separate entrance on the outskirts of town. “Lomone” was created from several small rooms of a simple old country house. The resulting improved lighting highlights the unique charm of this home, nestled amidst the greenery. In the entryway, this is accentuated by the small covered seating area.

The rooftop terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the Maritime Alps—serving as a second living room during the warmer months. The sunroom is particularly warm and pleasant during the transitional seasons. The terrace/sunroom is accessible directly from the living room via a delicate iron staircase. Light streams in from above through the large glass door.

Registration number: Ital. 008030-LT-0102
