The building features a swimming pool and a sauna in the basement, which are available to guests free of charge. A playroom for younger guests, a washing machine, and a dryer (for a fee) round out the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The Gröde apartment itself impresses with its ground-floor location and spacious terrace, from which you can enjoy a direct view of the sea. This view allows you to watch your own children play while soaking up the relaxed atmosphere.

Off the apartment’s hallway are: the practical kitchenette, the combined living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200), and the shower room.
