The lower level den doubles as the hangout hub, with a foosball table and ping pong ready for tournament-level rivalries. A cable TV keeps the den lively when the competition winds down, and the gas fireplace sets the mood for a cozy movie night.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, and a complete set of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, baking pans, and mixing bowls. Plates, mugs, juice glasses, and wine glasses are set to accommodate your group, along with a full knife block, cutting boards, and every utensil you'd reach for at home. The dishwasher keeps cleanup quick.



Technology



Four cable TVs are spread across the home - in the upstairs bedroom (37"), the upstairs loft (30"), the main level living room (46"), and the lower level den (36"). Each TV has its own assigned remote so there's no hunting around. WiFi is available throughout the home, with the router located in the loft.



Laundry



A full-size washer and dryer are available in the home - a genuine convenience for longer stays or families traveling with little ones.

Community Amenities



Guests have access to the Deep Creek Highlands Community pool and tennis court, located on Wisp Mountain Road. The pool is unheated and access details will be provided by your host.

The property features self-check-in for a smooth, flexible arrival. Your host is available if questions come up during your stay. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the paved driveway - no RV parking on site.

★ Pets are welcome at Amazing Overlook (Max of 2 pets. There is a pet fee of $75 per pet)

★ The driveway is steep - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended, especially in winter months. Road salt and a snow shovel are provided seasonally.

★ Three steps lead up to the front door, 17 steps to the upper level, and 17 steps to the lower level - please keep this in mind for guests with mobility considerations

★ This property is part of an HOA community - quiet hours and community rules apply

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen

★ Trash dumpster is located on Deep Creek Highlands Road on the left side
