A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living-dining area, features, among other things, a 4-burner electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining table seats 4 people.

The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds (1x 90x200 cm), 2 nightstands, a chair, and a wardrobe. The room is tiled and can be darkened. Off the living room is the second bedroom, furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200), a spacious wardrobe, and two nightstands. This room is also tiled and can be darkened.
