THE BREEZY EXPERIENCE

The open-concept living level is anchored by emerald-green velvet seating, a live-edge wood table, modern lighting, curated artwork, and abundant natural light. Gather in the living room, prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, enjoy coffee or cocktails around the oversized quartz island, stream entertainment on the 75-inch Smart TV, work remotely from one of several laptop-friendly spaces, or step onto the private balcony.

THREE BEDROOMS AND THREE FULL BATHROOMS

The 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout offers excellent privacy for couples, colleagues, relatives, and small families. Each bedroom includes comfortable bedding, privacy blinds, natural light, storage, and a laptop-friendly workspace.

The primary suite features a plush king-size bed, premium linens, airy window treatments, a large walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with double vanities, modern fixtures, an oversized tiled shower, generous storage, and a full-length wardrobe mirror inside the bathroom for dressing and preparing for a night out.

One guest suite is located on its own level, providing added separation from the main living areas. With three full bathrooms and multiple levels, guests can enjoy time together without sacrificing personal space.

The kitchen is the social center of The Breezy. An oversized quartz island provides space for breakfast, meal preparation, conversation, and evening drinks.

PRIVATE TWO-CAR TANDEM GARAGE

The Breezy includes a private attached two-car tandem garage with direct, weather-protected access to the home. Because one vehicle parks behind the other, guests traveling with two vehicles should coordinate parking order.

Vehicle-size and clearance limitations apply. Oversized trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, recreational vehicles, and exceptionally tall vehicles may not fit.

IN-HOME LAUNDRY AND SMART ENTRY

A full-size washer and dryer, starter detergent, and keyless smart-lock entry are provided. Check-in instructions and a unique access code will be sent before arrival.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

The Breezy is located in a newer community that remains under light construction as additional homes and improvements are completed.

Guests may occasionally see construction crews, equipment, materials, or unfinished areas and may hear minor daytime construction noise. Work is generally limited to normal daytime hours, but schedules are controlled by the builders and community and may change.

We disclose this in advance so guests can book with accurate expectations. The residence itself is complete, furnished, and ready for your stay.

HOUSE GUIDELINES

To preserve a clean, peaceful, and comfortable environment, all guests must follow property and community rules.

• Shoe-free home: Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entering.
• No food in bedrooms: Meals and snacks must remain in the kitchen, dining, living, or approved outdoor areas.
• No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping, cannabis, and tobacco use are prohibited inside the home, garage, and balcony.
• No parties or events: Unauthorized gatherings, excessive visitors, disruptive behavior, and amplified music are prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy: Four overnight guests unless approved in writing. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

The pool, clubhouse, grills, fire pits, hammocks, green spaces, benches, and recreation areas are shared amenities. Access may change because of weather, maintenance, private events, construction, seasonal schedules, or community policies.
