Modern wooden house on the Bodden with two apartments that can be combined

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden vacation home on the Greifswald Bodden, completed in 2014. The modern, minimalist, and striking architecture, combined with the beautiful property featuring mature trees and fruit trees, make this home truly special.
There are two nearly identical living units (each accommodating up to 6 people) with two bedrooms each (Bedroom 1 on the first floor with a double bed, and a large Bedroom 2 on the top floor with a double bed and space for 2 additional beds). The two units (one with a shower room and one with a tub) can also be rented together for groups and families of up to 12 people if needed and connected via a large double-door in the kitchen/dining area.
Cozy evenings by the fireplace, fun nights around the campfire, barbecuing, having breakfast on the terrace, relaxing in the shade of the trees, snacking on fruit, climbing trees, reading in a hammock, running around in the garden... all of this is easily possible!
The beach—a true surfer’s and kiteboarder’s paradise—is just a short distance away. Here, children can play and swim to their hearts’ content in the shallow water.
You can buy groceries at the small village store. And the surrounding area also has a lot to offer, with the Ludwigsburg estate, the proximity to the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund, as well as the short distances to Rügen and especially Usedom. You’ll also find peace and relaxation in the expansive and beautiful natural landscape of Western Pomerania.
