The Ivy is set up for easy group stays across three levels, with two separate living areas so everyone can spread out and still gather comfortably. The main floor is bright and open, with a clean, modern kitchen centered around a large island with bar seating, plus a dining area and living space with a Smart TV, ideal for meals at home, game nights, or relaxing after the beach. A half bath and the laundry area are also on this level for everyday convenience.



The second floor offers two private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, along with the dedicated workspace and balcony access, perfect for a quiet coffee break, a quick Zoom call, or stepping out for a coastal breeze. The third floor adds even more flexibility with a king bedroom, a loft area with two twin-over-twin bunks, and a full bathroom, giving kids or extra guests their own space.



Outdoor time is a standout here. Enjoy the private patio with comfortable seating and backyard dining for six, fire up the gas grill for an easy cookout, then wind down around the fire pit. Many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) for scenic rides into Rosemary Beach and beyond, while a vehicle is helpful for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton.



Traveling to/around the area, explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.
