Beautiful basement vacation apartment in a quiet part of Grömitz.

From this vacation home, two supermarkets are about 400 meters away, and the town center—Kirchenstraße—with its many shops, restaurants, and more is about 500 meters away. The zoo is also within this distance.

It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach and the pier (perhaps a few minutes longer with children).

The apartment is fully equipped (you’ll just need to bring your own towels and bed linens) and can accommodate up to 5 people.

This is a pet- and smoke-free property.

We recommend bringing slippers, as this is a basement apartment whose climate and temperature (especially the floor temperature) cannot be compared to an apartment "above ground." Please also keep this in mind when considering, for example, guests with asthma.
This is factored into the price accordingly.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Final cleaning is included in the room rate.

The visitor’s tax is included. We ask that you send us the names, addresses, and dates of birth of all travelers so that we can book the visitor’s passes for you.
