Cozy garden house in a central location

Hello,

We are offering accommodations in our garden house in Camburg. The house features a bathroom with a shower and toilet in the basement, which is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The living area includes a kitchen, a living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, and electric heating as well as an additional gas heater. The sleeping area in the attic is accessible via a folding staircase and can accommodate 4 people. If needed, sleeping arrangements can be expanded as desired using a crib or rollaway bed.
Please note that the cottage is not wheelchair-accessible or adapted for people with disabilities!

Access to the property is no problem for standard passenger cars. There are two parking spaces directly next to the cottage. Large vans, RVs, or long trailers can be parked in the nearby parking lot.

There are various barbecue and campfire areas on the property. You can camp on a space measuring approximately 8x3m in front of the house. The property and the surrounding area are spacious and ideal for short walks or long hikes. From various vantage points around Camburg, you can discover new and charming panoramic views time and again.

Camburg is romantically situated in the middle of the Saale Valley. With its approximately 3,000 residents, it exudes a charming small-town atmosphere. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity of the garden house (supermarket or gas station approx. 300 m away). The town center is about 1 km away.

Popular destinations in the immediate vicinity include Bad Sulza, Jena, Naumburg (with its Saale-Unstrut wine region around Freyburg), and Apolda. Weimar, Erfurt, and Leipzig are about 30–60 km away. Within about a 1.5-hour drive, you can reach the Thuringian Forest, the Thuringian Slate Mountains (Plauen, Hof, and Schleiz), or the Leipzig Lake District.
