The house opened in the summer of 2013 and was completely renovated in 2021.<br>The “Seeadler” has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association) and features a total living area of 90 square meters spread over two floors (upper floor and attic), offering every conceivable comfort, such as a sauna, fireplace, a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, underfloor heating in the bathroom, a dining area, an LCD TV, and a modern sofa area in the living room.<br>Also located on the upper floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br>The attic features the second bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br>The ocean is right nearby—about 200 meters away, practically within earshot—making the “Seeadler” vacation rental truly unique.<br><br>An extra bed, pets, a different arrival date, or a shorter booking period are available upon request.<br><br>
