The space
This space is a duplex with a private entrance (right half of building). Beautiful, modern unit just south of Seattle proper. Bright, sparkly clean and full of comforting amenities. The unit is two levels with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (1,000 sq feet). The unit is up one large flight of stairs as a caution for those with mobility limitations. Off-street parking right in the driveway.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment - this includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. There is also a small lawn area in the backyard (shared with the other half of the duplex where my husband and I live) that you are welcome to use.

Other things to note
The unit is up one large flight of interior stairs (above RV height garage).
