There is no guest access to the basement or garage. Outside parking only. NO RIVER OR POND ACCESS.

Other things to note
Guests can enjoy the views of the pond and river, however, there is NO access to either body of water. The property borders the Sangamon River to the north and the tree line is the property line. There is no fencing and there is a drop off to the river. Please use caution.

Property is close to Interstate 72 and you may hear some road noise depending on traffic and wind direction.
