Easy Self Check-In



Enjoy secure keyless entry through our simple guest portal—no app required. The portal includes your rental agreement, ID verification, check-in instructions, and optional damage waiver.



Check-In & Check-Out



Check-in begins after your scheduled arrival time.



Check-out is 10:00 AM.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available when there is no same-day turnover. Please inquire in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Unauthorized late departures may incur additional fees.



Property & Safety



For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor outdoor entry areas only. There are no indoor cameras.



Indoor Pool



The private indoor pool is maintained at approximately 85°F year-round and features a retractable enclosure, allowing guests to swim comfortably rain or shine.



Catskills Setting



Fallsburg Retreat is located in the heart of the Catskills and surrounded by nature. Deer and other local wildlife are occasionally seen and are part of the mountain experience.



Starter Supplies



We provide starter supplies including paper goods, dish pods, toiletries, and other essentials. Guests staying for extended periods may wish to bring additional supplies.



Winter Travel



Four-wheel drive is recommended during snowy months. Salt and a shovel are provided for emergencies. Snow plowing is handled by the township, and timing cannot be guaranteed during winter weather, so please allow extra travel time when needed.



🔥 Fireplace & Fire Pit



The indoor fireplace uses Duraflame logs. Firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit, making it easy to enjoy evenings under the Catskills sky.



🧺 Laundry



A washer and dryer are available for guest use behind the basement door.

Occasionally, lawn care, pool service, hot tub maintenance, or other routine property services may take place during your stay. We appreciate your understanding if a service visit is needed.



As part of the local kosher community, a brief exterior inspection may occasionally occur on Fridays. This takes only a few minutes, does not involve entering the home, and is rarely noticed by guests.
