Recently remodeled with a modern, neutral design, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a semi-open floor plan and thoughtful touches that make it easy to relax and feel at home.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers.

The backyard is one of the home's best features. In a central city location, having private outdoor space is a rare bonus. It’s perfect for letting pets roam, giving kids room to play, or simply relaxing after a day exploring Oklahoma City.



The house is a duplex. You will have access to the entire south unit. Guests will have access to 1 side of the duplex



Please be aware of the following potential fees:

- There is an additional fee PER PET.

- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.

- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.

- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.

- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property to detect unauthorized parties. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. If you have infants or kids and worry about the noise monitor, just let us know ahead of time!

- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.

- Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
