You will have your complete privacy while at The Wild Rose Ranch. We are available via text or phone call with questions or help regarding the property. Follow us on insta gram @wildroseranchpaso and @wildrosefamilyfarms and you tube for additional photos and info.

The property is on 14 private acres, with a private paved driveway about half a mile long that is shared with one other home. Our property is the first home on the right. Turn right and go to the right again at the top of the hill.
We are just a couple minute drive to The Paso Market Walk, Spring Street, the main street of Paso Robles and the heart of downtown (13th street/downtown park) is only 3 miles away. There are great restaurants, wineries and entertainment very close by.

Guests will have access to everything on the property that is shown in the pictures including the house and the exterior spaces in the front/back and on the sides. White fencing protects the goat /sheep pastures please do not open any of the fenced gates for your safety. We ask that you wait until you are accompanied by our animal care taker.

I feel like the pictures don’t do this place justice! We stayed here for July 4th weekend with our friends, several of whom have young kids of various ages, and it was a blast for absolutely everyone! The views on the property are absolutely gorgeous, and the backyard space is perfect for hanging out, grilling, playing cornhole, and hanging out in the hot tub! There is plenty of shade from the trees throughout the day as well. The amenities are amazing. The animal caretaker, Mel, was also wonderful in showing us around the farm multiple times, which was a huge hit for the adults and kids alike! We had an absolutely amazing time at Courtney’s wild rose ranch!! It was the perfect getaway for us, our friends, and all of our kids. We especially loved the outdoor area- fire pit and grill were amazing, and a huge lawn for the kids to run around in. Beautiful views and great location quick to downtown. **BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS **
Our hilltop home features six beautifully designed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep in our luxurious linens, waking up refreshed and ready to explore.

It is a single story home which accommodates up to 16 guests. We have 5 spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds, and a sixth bedroom with 2 twin beds easily converted to a King.

While the house is ideal for larger groups, please note the sleeping arrangements: for extra quests, some can sleep on our pull out couches, extra cot or comfy couches. You're welcome to bring your own air mattress for added
flexibility.

For the bathrooms, we've ensured that each one offers ultimate comfort and relaxation. Two of the large bathrooms are ensuite full bathroom. The other remaining bathrooms have large showers and a double sink. All bathrooms are stocked with premium
goods and plush towels for your convenience and comfort

** KITCHEN & DINING**
The open-concept Kitchen and living room boasts a great space for gathering family as well as a separate dedicated dining room, a breakfast nook and countertop seating. The state-of-the-art kitchen offers plenty of room to comfortably host family dinner

** LOUNGE SPACES **
The main area of the home boasts two large living rooms with large comfy couches,2 fireplaces, exposed wood beams and massive floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the incredible panoramic views from the comfort of the sofa or plush chairs. There's also 2 large flatscreen TVs a pool table and a small collection of fun games.

** OUTSIDE SPACE * *
While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the house provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to relax in the bubbling hot tub, enjoy the sweeping views from the impressive patios, or settle in for a quiet evening by the outdoor gas fireplace. The is plenty of seating for guests to sip morning coffee in or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. There are string lights to provide ambient lighting and a large outdoor dining table for al fresco meals.

The Wild Rose Ranch is a short drive from town. You can even ride your bike all the way downtown on Vine Street. Uber and other taxi service is available at this location. There is ample parking available on the property. Easy access to town, restaurants, entertainment, and wineries.
Arrive on your own time and slip into your private escape with ease. You'll be given a unique keypad code prior to arrival, no keys, no hassle, just a smooth, contactless check-in experience. As you make your own way down the half-mile private driveway, you'll feel the shift instantly, leaving the noise behind and entering 14 acres of pure peace and seclusion. There's plenty of space to park,unwind, and truly settle in. Next door to the property is the Wild Rose Family Farm. You can schedule interactions on the Farm with One of our Farm Managers. There are goats, sheep and chickens. You can pet and snuggle with the animals, feed the chickens, collect eggs all with guidance from the Farm Managers.

We are dog friendly, but ask that pets are NOT left unattended in the house and kept on leash when visiting the Farm animals. There is a dog kennel and a small fenced patio off of the main bedroom area where your dogs can stay while you are out and about.

As mentioned above, we have Smart TVs in the house, so guests can easily log in to your OWN accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc to watch. We do NOT have cable however we do have spectrum app enabled for live programming, sports fans should keep this in mind.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, and sign and agree to our Rental Conditions. Please note that you, the booking person, is required to upload a photo of a government issued photo ID in the Pre-Arrival Form.
