Wonderful property and fabulous location! Close to train, shops, restaurants. It is a great home base for local day trips. Host is quick to respond to questions and inquiries. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for two nights and it was absolutely perfect, the home is even more beautiful than the pictures and was spotless. We are definitely going to be back!

Wonderful Fall Vacation!

The Apartment is beautiful, with all needed amenities. The location and view can not be beat. It is very clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were perfect! Will definitely stay again when in Garmisch.

Bavarian Alps holiday

The property was a great choice for the six of us. Very comfortable and plenty of space. The location was great too - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, the mountains, cable cars, trains etc. would highly recommend! Lovely views from the property.

Modern, clean, spacious apartment with beautiful mountain views. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking. The location was also very convenient to the train station and getting groceries. We walked to Partnach Gorge (amazing), visited Zugspitze (beautiful), walked over to Partenkirchen and found a little festival going on along Ludwigstrasse, and we took the bus to visit Neuschwanstein. Thank you for a beautiful stay in Garmisch, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic luxury apartment close to the city center

We had a wonderful stay at "Das Garmisch" apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. We loooved the Jura fully automatic espresso machine, as well as the large hot tub on the patio. The bathrooms were large and modern, and the beds were all very comfortable. Parking was very convenient, and while tight was not unreasonable. The walk to the city center was an easy 300m stroll, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops to choose from. A Lidl grocery store is literally across the street - so convenient! My 9 year old daughter loved her bunk bed bedroom with its own huge TV. The apartment manager, Manuela, was super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would love to stay here again!

Great location! Walking distance into town to restaurants, groceries and touristy stores. Easily spend a couple relaxing days just hanging around this location. Parking…can be tricky with more than one car. I have X5 and it was tight getting into the garage to park in reserved spot. A short S drive in leaves a few inches on each corner. Second car had to park at the grocery store during the day. Night time plenty of options close by. Bathrooms: nice bath areas downstairs but the toilet room is small and shared among all guest equally. So you can sleep 6 people or more on the first floor but with only one toilet. Another toilet upstairs that made it easy enough for 4 adults. Something to know for bigger groups. I wish more places in Europe had ceiling fans or at least floor fans. We hit 75 degree F and could have used a bedroom fan. Odd: We had a bedroom light bulb just hanging from the ceiling waiting for a new light I guess. Easy 30 minute job after picking up a light. Kitchen: well equipped for cooking any and all meals. Left us needing nothing in that regard. Views…as advertised and did not disappoint. Next time I will take our bikes as you can easily secure them in the garage area and then able to get around the town much better. Recommend this place for groups size of 4-6.
Motorcycle rides cannot be beat in this area.

Super

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Garmisch-Partenkirchen! Die Wohnung ist extrem hochwertig ausgestattet, stilvoll eingerichtet und in einem makellos sauberen Zustand, hier gibt es wirklich absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit acht Mädels vor Ort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Auch das Schlafsofa sowie die beiden Stockbetten können problemlos von Erwachsenen genutzt werden und sind sehr komfortabel. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der Whirlpool, der den Aufenthalt nochmal auf ein anderes Level gehoben hat. Wer eine moderne, stylishe und gleichzeitig gemütliche Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Sowohl das Eisstadion als auch die Innenstadt sind sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war telefonisch gut erreichbar und hat bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen sofort reagiert, so wünscht man sich das! Wir kommen gerne wieder ️

Die Unterkunft hat e...

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge und liegt im Zentrum von Garmisch. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr komfortabel. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kurz gefasst: die perfekte Unterkunft mit unglaublichen Ausblick für einen tollen Urlaub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wander Urlaub mit Erholung

Top Ausgestaltetes Appartement. Perfekte Lage, somit alles schnell zu erreichen. Der Wohnraum mit dem Balkon bietet auch Erholung pur. Sehr Empfehlenswert. Immer freundlicher und schneller Kontakt bei fragen. Gerne wieder.

Das Garmisch mit 6 Erwachsenen

Tolle Küche, schöner Wohnraum. Sauber. Eigner TG- Parkplatz. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Doppelzimmer mit normalem Doppelbett, eins mit 1,60 m Bett und ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett und Schlafsofa.

Urlaub im Januar

Sauber, schön eingerichtet. Das Panorama durch die großen Glasfronten vom Balkon waren einzigartig. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auf Fragen wurde via Email immer sehr zügig geantwortet. Check in über den Tresor reibungslos.

Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig aber sehr zentral. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir waren 5 Personen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Highlight ist der Whirlpool und der Massage Sessel. Top Lage, Bahn und Innenstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Runden Geburtstag in angenehmer Umgebung gefeiert. Super Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse.

Der erste Eindruck w...

Der erste Eindruck war überaus zufriedenstellend. Es war sehr sehr sauber. Das Appartment ist wunderschön, hell, geräumig und die Aufteilung mit Kleinkind sehr praktisch. Wir waren durchaus begeistert weil es an nichts gefehlt hat. Über Staubsauger, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Gewürze, Wäscheständer, Tabs und noch vieles mehr, war reichlich vorhanden. Sowas haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Unser Kleinkind hat sich auch super wohl gefühlt und ich kann das Appartment nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns definitiv für den schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Geburtstag ist auf jeden fall gelungen.

Kurztrip

Das Team vom Appartement Skinner hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben, das ist so toll gewesen. Wir waren 3 Päarchen, 2 Kleinkinder und 1 Hund, für einen Kurztrip in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Das Appartement war bzw ist super ausgestattet, die er war top gepflegt und super geräumig. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Der Ausblick in die Berge und die Ruhe drum herum waren sehr entspannend. In nicht mal 2 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Zentrum der Stadt, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Vom Appartement aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Bus/Bahn erreichen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon. Lage ist super toll. Freundliches Personal. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Park-Möglichkeiten schwierig wenn man mit 2 Autos anreist.

Super zentral gelegen,daher konnen wir viel unternehmen.

Sehr angenehm ohne Streß, da man sich direkt in derm Apartment wohlgefühlt hat. Ideal für Familien, jeder hatte seinen Bereich. Man konnte nach einen schönen Spaziergang , mit einen Wirlpoolgang ausklingen lassen.

Urlaub im Dezember

Wunderschöne, top ausgestattete Unterkunft in perfekter Lage in Garmisch. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf die Berge sowie der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Das Team von Apartment Management Skinner hat sich umgehend um unsere Anfrage bemüht und als wir von einem Ausflug wiederkamen sogar eine weihnachtliche Überraschung in der Wohnung für uns hinterlassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
