An inconspicuous path that branches off the road that leads from Lenzerheide to Sporz takes you to your own personal holiday oasis - in the middle of nature.



In a former manor house with an unobstructed view of the Parpaner Rothorn, Lenzerhorn and the surrounding mountains, you can switch off from everyday life and let your soul dangle - with plenty of space for you and your family and friends.

Spread over a total of four floors, you can enjoy the flair of the charming villa, which was bilt in 1952. In the basement, a large, tastefully furnished double room invites you to enjoy a break in the mountains. The own modern bathroom with separate shower with rainforest shower and shower column as well as bathtub and toilet has direct access from the room. From the large double bed you have a view of nature and can watch the sunrise over the mountain peaks.



Also in the basement you will find a guest toilet and the laundry as well as the large garage, which can comfortably accommodate two cars. If you arrive with several vehicles, you can use the space in front of the garage as additional parking space.

The large living/dining area with a stylish fireplace and a fantastic view of the Lenzerheide mountains welcomes you on the ground floor. On a clear night, countless stars shine over the mountain peaks and invite you to dream. Would you rather be a "stargazer" and get the stars from the sky? A large telescope brings you a little closer to your dreams. You can review the experiences of the day by the crackling open fire. The kitchen next door invites you to cook and eat together - an old wood stove brings back memories of the old, stately times. If you prefer the modern way of cooking, you will of course find all the amenities of today: from the glass ceramic hob to the oven and dishwasher, you will find everything your heart desires. A storage room and another toilet can also be found on the ground floor.



On the first floor, a total of three double rooms invite you to sleep and dream with a view. The first double room impresses with an integrated washing area as well as a bathtub and a private toilet with direct access from the room. The second double bedroom has a modern, tasteful bathroom with bath and direct access from the room. The adjoining, modern bathroom with shower and toilet is available for the third double room. All double rooms are comfortably furnished, lots of wood ensures cozy warmth. And with all bedrooms, the mountain view is the first thing you see in the morning when you wake up after a good night's sleep.



Two more double rooms await you on the top floor. Both rooms have an integrated washbasin and you can also enjoy the fantastic view from here. A play area with a pinball machine and table football as well as other play options provides variety. There is also another guest toilet available. In addition to the breathtaking views and the large balcony with access from the bedrooms on the first floor and the large terrace on the ground floor, you can enjoy the large garden that belongs to the property. Speaking of enjoying: A spacious barbecue area is also available to you.

In winter you have the ski slope on your doorstep and the Tgantieni chair lift is also in the immediate vicinity. In summer there are numerous activities from hiking to mountain biking and swimming to golfing. In this holiday home you can enjoy nature in peace and quiet. If you would like to experience village life in Lenzerheide, you can either drive to the village in a few minutes or take the sports bus, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.



Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. A deposit of CHF 500 must be paid prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
