Location: This lovely vacation rental is located on a beautiful campground near Viareggio. We are located in the heart of Versilia, just 800 meters from the sea (free shuttle available during the period 01.06-10.09), ), near the historic Lake Puccini, and not far from art cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and Siena. The beach is easily accessible by bike through a pine forest.

Surrounded by a vast pine forest, the campground is located 1,500 meters from the town center and just 800 meters from the sea, which can be reached via a path through the pristine pine forest. Spanning an area of 30,000 square meters, it offers guests not only sanitary facilities but also an excellent restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar, a TV room with internet access, and a well-stocked store.

From June 1 through September 10, guests have access to 1 swimming pool (swim caps required) measuring 10 x 20 meters, depth 1.10 to 1.40 meters, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as 1 children’s pool measuring 4 x 2 meters and 0.30 meters deep. A communal barbecue area is also available. Laundromat available for a fee.

Amenities: The campground has 26 wooden bungalows. These are charming, traditional cottages with a porch and a front patio for bicycles and strollers. Fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining table and TV. One bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds (or 3 single beds for an additional fee), bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi reception (for a fee) is guaranteed near the reception desk.
