Located on the lower level of an owner occupied two story home this eclectic home blends rustic wood accents with cozy comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your redwood coast getaway. While the top floor is occupied by the home owner, the bottom unit is completely separated by a walled off staircase between the two floors, each unit has their own private entrance and completely private and separate living spaces. Surrounded by towering redwood trees, lush gardens, and vibrant landscaping, you'll feel immersed in nature from the moment you arrive. Relax with your morning coffee among the greenery and lush gardens, listen to the sounds of the forest, or unwind after a day of exploring the spectacular coastline.

Inside, the home features natural wood accents, whimsical hand painted floors, comfortable living areas, and everything you need for a relaxing stay! Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or seeking a peaceful solo retreat, this space offers the perfect balance of comfort and natural beauty. Each bedroom has a queen bed and small closet. The bathroom has a large walk in shower tiled with natural stone as well as a bidet. The full kitchen has an electric oven/stovetop, microwave, full fridge/freezer, drip coffee pot and all the cookware/utensils to prepare meals at the home.

Just five minutes away, you'll find the breathtaking shores of Moonstone Beach, where you can enjoy scenic walks, tide pooling, sunsets, and ocean views. The charming town of Trinidad, nearby hiking trails, hidden beaches, and old growth redwood forests are all within easy reach.

Things to Know:
-The owners have been hosting guests at this rental for over 10 years on and off and lived at the property and frequents travel to Italy. The owners occupy the upstairs unit, having hosted people for many years understands the importance of privacy and quiet for guests. Anything that you need during your stay can be directed to Stay Redwoods. The two units are separated by a walled off staircase. Each living space is completely separate of each other with private entrances. The laundry room is shared between the two spaces. The downstairs deck and yard off of the bottom floor are private for guest use.
-The family dog is welcome to join you here **Please note the yard is not fully fenced** (1 dog max small to medium dogs, $18 per day fee applies per dog)
-A portion of the road from the highway to the home is gravel

-No central heat or A/C, the home has a large gas heater in the living room and room heaters in each bedroom
