This beautiful, sunny upstairs apartment is located in the canal district of Greetsiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and the harbor.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is located in the spacious attic studio (double bed) and features an additional LCD TV. Below that—on the first floor—is the living-dining area with a high-end kitchen, an extendable table, and 4 chairs, as well as a leather couch and a flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. The modern bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor.

In addition, the apartment features a furnished balcony and a large storage room with a washer and dryer. The living area and bathroom are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. A high chair is also available.

The parking space is located directly in front of the building.

The attic bedroom is equipped with pleated blackout blinds.

The apartment has fly screens on all windows except the Velux window.

A parking space is included with the apartment. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the storage shed.

The “Carmen” and “Keno” accommodations are located in the same building; “Haus Jan” is right next door, should you need more space.

The surrounding dyke landscape is perfect for walks, bike rides, and exploring the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
