Whether it’s an active vacation or a romantic getaway for two—Greetsiel is always worth the trip.

We offer you a 72-square-meter vacation rental, furnished with great attention to detail, in Greetsiel’s canal district.
The property is in a prime location, situated directly on the Siel, quiet yet central.
The harbor, the town center, and the famous twin windmills, as well as restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ice cream shop, and much more, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This ground-floor apartment, equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, features one bedroom, a separate room for various activities, in-floor heating, a spacious bathroom, a garden, and a large terrace—offering everything you need for a special vacation.

The rooms, furnished in a modern style, give the vacation rental a unique and sophisticated character.

In general, all windows are fitted with privacy pleated blinds or frosted glass (bathroom) and insect screens; the bedroom, the second room, and the bathroom also feature electric exterior shutters.

The kitchenette is fully equipped to help you bring your culinary ideas to life.
The spacious refrigerator includes a freezer compartment. Furthermore, the kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven with various functions (including baking sheets, a baking pan, and a casserole dish), frying pans, an extensive assortment of cooking and kitchen utensils, and a quiet dishwasher that allows you to watch TV in the same room while it’s running.
This basic equipment is supplemented by a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, mixing bowls, salad spinner, coffee maker (filter coffee), Senseo coffee maker (pads), a tea set (Ostfriesengedeck), a thermos, an egg cooker and cups, a pasta strainer, a bread basket, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and various knives.

The dining table has room for a shared meal, a game night, or working on a laptop.

In the living area, you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa with a chaise longue that invites you to relax.
Whether you’re watching TV or a DVD on the 55-inch smart TV across the room (which includes various apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime), listening to the radio, reading a book, or simply watching the ducks on the canal: This sofa has the potential to become your “favorite spot” as well.
The lowboard holds a selection of games, puzzles, books, and DVDs to keep you entertained even when the weather is inclement.

The bedroom features a 180 x 200 cm double bed (separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a chair, and a 43-inch smart TV. It has direct access to the terrace (facing the Siel).

The newly redesigned second room serves as a “chill-out lounge,” allowing you to retreat from time to time and pursue various activities without disturbing one another.
There you’ll find, among other things, a desk with an office chair and a reading lamp, a comfortable sofa, a floor lamp, a 43-inch smart TV, a yoga mat and yoga pillow, as well as a sideboard for storing various items.
The room thus offers plenty of opportunities to read a book undisturbed, watch TV, work from home*, do yoga, or engage in other creative activities or pursue personal interests.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a full-glass door and a rain showerhead, a toilet, a sink, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.
There are also various storage options for your personal toiletries.

A separate utility room contains a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and various cleaning supplies.

The garden is fenced in and is open only toward the water.
A large terrace with seating, two sun loungers, and a garden plot right by the canal are available for your unrestricted use.
The storage shed, where you can store your bicycles, has an electrical outlet for charging e-bikes.
A parking space is located in the immediate vicinity.
Please note that this is an allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartment.
Therefore, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
