The four tastefully furnished 2-room apartments are non-smoking and part of a well-maintained small residence with a total of 7 units. The “Rosso” and “Arancione” apartments are located in the larger building, while the “Rosa” and “Verde” apartments are in a separate two-family house. Here, in a quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Cannobio, you’ll find an ideal starting point for numerous activities during your stay. The town center, the beautiful lakeside promenade, and the public beach with its spacious sunbathing area (lawn and sand) are just a 5-minute walk away, and the newly constructed lakeside path along the Cannobina invites you to take relaxing walks or bike rides down into the valley. The lake and a beach are approximately 50 meters away. In case you don’t want to be completely cut off from the rest of the world while on vacation, free Wi-Fi is available.
Each apartment has access to the large covered terrace with a grill. In a separate room in each building, there is also a washing machine for shared use by the two apartments located there. You can park your car in the parking space assigned to your apartment within the property. Pets are not allowed.
