GUEST ACCESS

🔑 Self check-in via Yale Assure smart lock — your unique code arrives through Airbnb 24hrs before check-in.
🏠 The entire property is yours across all five levels — main floor, second floor, third floor primary suite, rooftop terrace, and basement lounge bar. The only excluded area is a clearly marked mechanical room.
🌆 The rooftop is accessed exclusively through the primary suite on the third floor. All guests in the property are welcome to use it.
🚗 Free street parking directly in front on 13 Ave NE. Garage parking available on request at no charge — limited to one spot per unit.
🏘️ Unit 2 is fully self-contained — no shared entrances or common areas. Units 1, 3 and 4 may be occupied by other REDE guests during your stay.

We run a remote hosting model — your stay is entirely your own with no drop-ins or interruptions. Everything will be set up and ready before you arrive.

That said, we`re never far. Messages are responded to quickly and for anything urgent our team is available directly by phone or text.

Mid-stay housekeeping is available on request for an additional fee subject to availability of the cleaners. Message us in advance if this is something you would require.

We speak English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu — reach out in whichever language you`re most comfortable with.
