We bought this little house in the summer of '22 as a second home. We’re constantly modernizing it, and it’s already become a truly cozy place. The sleeping arrangements are restful and comfortable. For example, two adults and one child can easily sleep in the two bedrooms, and another child can sleep on the pull-out couch in the spacious living room. It really has everything you need. You can be completely self-sufficient if you want to. Washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, freezer—everything is provided. A parking space on the property rounds out the amenities. There’s a beautiful garden, a secluded patio accessible through the back door, and the patio courtyard is enclosed. The garden is located in front of and next to the house and is, of course, a great addition, especially in spring and summer.
Upon request, the CLK Cabrio Automatic can also be rented along with the garage; when the weather is nice, this is an optional added bonus for day trips.
But the best part is the location—both the property described here within the wonderful town of Heide and the town of Heide itself within the region.
By train, you can be in Hamburg or Sylt in no time at all using the regional fare network. Büsum, Warwerort, and, last but not least, St. Peter-Ording are also within easy reach for trips to the water. Thanks to the flat terrain, you can also easily reach many places on the bicycles you bring along.
The Heider Markt is famous far beyond the region. Hardly a week goes by without an event taking place there. There are also great dining options around the market. Vegans will find just as much great food here as meat-eaters. I’ll be happy to give you some tips on this directly.
And if you’re exhausted from all the outings, there’s also a large 55-inch TV available that offers a wide selection of entertainment. A PlayStation 3 with a small selection of games and two controllers can also help pass the time on a rainy evening.
