Despite its rural and peaceful location, the center of Santa Maria and the beaches are about a 5-minute drive away (3–4 km). Shopping options (grocery store, butcher shop, pharmacy, tobacco shop), bars, and restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance (about 400-700 m).
The house consists of a living/dining area with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), a small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a large terrace with a sea view. Living area: approximately 70 square meters; terrace: approximately 32 square meters.
The amenities are very comfortable: satellite TV (German and Italian channels), reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating (except in the small single bedroom), and a washing machine. The terrace, which is over 32 square meters, is furnished with a dining area and lounge chairs.
A well-maintained garden surrounds the house, featuring a shaded barbecue area, an artificial stream, and an outdoor shower; the orchard borders this garden. The property is enclosed and completely fenced. Parking is available in front of the house or in the garage.
