The cosy and fully equipped villa is situated on an enclosed, very private plot and has 95 m². It has a great view over the nature reserve and the Montgo.



The flat plot has both a carport and ample parking in front of the property.



Due to its location on the outskirts of the village, the villa is wonderfully quiet and offers everything for a successful holiday.



The villa has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms - one of them en suite. The spacious living area directly adjoins the open kitchen on the one hand and the large pool terrace on the other. In the house itself you will find air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room.



The pool with its 5mx10m invites you to swim and relax. The covered terrace also offers a nice shady spot with a view over the pool. Next to the spacious pool terrace there is also an outdoor shower.



Here you can relax, cool off in the water or simply enjoy the peace and nature.



Of course, it is not far to the beach and also to Denia.



This house has an alarm system with combined camera surveillance. The alarm system is switched off during the rental period and is not available.





The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.

A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.

There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.

From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
