You’ll love our Levee-Top Lake House!

Our lake house sits atop the levee and overlooks beautiful Eagle Lake, one of the largest oxbows in Mississippi and a popular destination for anglers and hunters alike.

We’re located just a few miles from the Phil Bryant & Mahanna WMAs.

We’re located about 30-mins from historic, downtown Vicksburg. Delta National Wildlife Refuge, Chotard & Albermarle lakes, and many Mississippi Delta blues attractions are also just a short drive away.

It's the perfect place to relax with family & friends!

Our home sits on a 1-acre lot on Eagle Lake, just off of Highway 465. It sits on top of the levee and has a beautiful view of the lake, especially at sunset.

LIVING ROOM:
Our bright and airy living room hosts two large, leather couches (one with electric recliners) and a 60" Roku TV.

BEDROOMS:
Our home has three bedrooms: one with a king bed, another with two queen beds and a third that hosts a cozy, semi-private bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk that’s perfect for children. The queen room and bunk room share a primary bathroom. The king room has access to a smaller, full bathroom in the hallway.

KITCHEN:
We love to cook when we're visiting the lake, so we have a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 5. A charcoal grill is also available outside.

LAUNDRY:
We have a full-size washer and dryer.

DINING/GAME ROOM:
The dining/game room has seating for 8 and a large selection of vintage and modern board games for all ages.

OUTSIDE:
Our home has a large yard, shaded with pecan and cypress trees. We also have a screened-in porch that stretches the length of the house on the levee and overlooks the lake with an amazing sunset view. During the warmer months, the levee is also a great place for tanning, so bring your beach chairs and towels! ** We do not have direct access to the lake, but a public pier and boat launch is located a few miles away.

PARKING:
Our spacious driveway has ample parking for vehicles/boats.

** All rooms in our home are located on the second floor and accessible via stairs only. We do not have an elevator.
